Bad service: lines locked for no reason and it’s 5days with no help

Good morning TELKOM,

I’m very disappointed and frustrated about the service I get from Telkom.

Every month my lines get blocked for no reason and this is the 4th month in raw.

Last Friday 24-09-2021 my wife’s line was blocked and I call customer service 10times and everyone of the agents told me about escalating my issue. Everyone of them keeps giving me turnaround time of 5 to 24 hours and as we speak it’s been 5. Days which is more than 5 or 24 hours.

See a list of disputes loged and somehow other’s shows that they have been closed, while my issue is not being resolved.

Yesterday I had to spend R1000 to buy LTE router and data just to keep going. This is really unacceptable I’m so frustrated.

Can someone please unlock my lines and make sure that this doesn’t happen again. I’m also taking this issue to hellopeter and any social media i can have access to.
