BAD service! Line suspended 12days after payment was done

My experience is worst then bad I do not believe that calling , begging, using social media still does not work with you guys who suspends a persons account for 14 days, being punished cause you do the debit on the date that you like then charge me R200 for that, NO remove that R200 and i want my line resumed I have been patient with you guys now you taking me for a ride !
