Bad service, leaving issues unresolved, if they don't assist then who will?

Struggling with connectivity for the whole week, call logged, they promised a technician will attend to the call after 48 hours, but nothing has been done, no assistance from contact centre at all. I will be cancel the LTE router and will not be renewing my phone contracts. It's time for change I guess they are tired of me.
