Bad service leading to unavailability of services.

<p>In short i was contacted by bongani sikhosana ( ********** upon my intrest of the Telkom uncapped LTE service. Questions asked back and forward untill we got to the main one the 50GB FUP, this sales agent did not state that the FUP was a softcap system. So due to this I never too the R799.00 a month deal.</p> <p> </p> <p>Upon further research by myself i found out that the 50GB FUP on torrents and p2p was a softcap trottling system which would have been perfect for me.</p> <p> </p> <p>Now I try to apply for this service and the spots for my uncapped LTE tower are sold out and I cannot get the service.</p> <p> </p> <p>Im sorry telkom but because your sales agent made a massive ballz up now I have to suffer....</p> <p> </p> <p>This is the first part of many website and forum posts letting the public know how you do business.</p> <p> </p> <p>To everyone - stay away from telkom mobile their sales agents are uninformed and usless.</p>
