Bad Service. just close the business

I have been with telkom Since it started as 8ta, i even went and got two data contracts with them, the service was good until recently, where i never have network coverage when I call them the network coverage becomes better for a few minutes then dips again, my phone got ****** on the 9th of September 2023 and its the 14th of September i still cant swim swop. they are constantly offline. they dont even have an alternative plan. no one can reach me for business purposes. the business must just close down.
