Bad Service i want my money and your guys to stop attorneys from calling me because I owe you nothing

I need assistance I had a Telkom account in which I upgraded however the old account on the final statement showed that Telkom owes me R304.64, the same about Telkom handed over to attorneys for which I don't understand if I am suppose to submit a refund but the account is handed over, I'm getting calls and SMS's from attorneys I know nothing about, I haven't even received my refund yet of the money Telkom owes me,
