Bad service I received from telkom

My experience with Telekom is the worst comparing to other networks..it may be cheap but the service I’ve received thus far is very bad..I’ve been with them only for a few month already they are over charging me..I had a contract with them where I have to pay less than 300 every month for data, the last 3 month I’ve been charged almost 5 times the amount. I went to the store to enquire all they do is give me the case number and noithing happens . I went to the store to enquire again they told me I am unreachable yet I’ve never received an sms or email stating such.. when I call the call centre using their phone I get transferred from one place to the other with no conclusion.. I regret the day I joined Telekom... I wouldn’t advise anyone to change to telkom..even the sales person from Telekom who was training to sort it out was also talking negative about telkom..never ever again will I consider working with telkom..
