bad service horrible

i must say i am really dissapointed with Telkom on the 290/06/18 me and my boyfriend came to your shop in craddlestone mall requesting a contract phone Neo assisted us however she told is there was no stock and she ordered it for she told us she was going to call us back and she never got back to us until we decided to go back to your store on 05/07/18 and spoke to Marcelino who went and canceled the previous application done by Neo and he told us to system was slow and he asked to come back later of which we did only to be told that the application has to be send for a credit check and it takes 3 days, How does a credit check take 3 days. is our business worthless to Telkom are we being undermined?
