Bad service from top to bottom

Telkom is the most cheapest on data and calls rating, but their customer service is ridiculous, I called their call centre mid last month to cancel my contract as I have finished term with them and now I'm being billed month to month, the lady on the like sent me a link to do it myself, I failed many times and now their still billing for so something I no longer want, on the 16 this month I went to eastgate mall to get better help from their branch and surprisingly I returned without help bcs the sales urgent doesn't even know how to help me to cancel the stupid contract from the link I've been sent and their not allowed to cancel from their system....My question is" how do u put a from person to help public when they have no clue what u talking about as a customer, now My battles continue on trying to cancel this and months are turning in the more months, I need this contract cancelled asap and my name be updated to 0 on my trans union account bcs the minute I stop paying all this that I'm billed that I no longer want they will be quick to tarnish credit record....I'm tired of this
