Bad service from thieving Telkom

We took a data contract with Telkom, after my contract ended they continued debiting money from my account. I was told that the contract cancellation was successful , but still even now they continue to debit money from my account, and because I dispute their transactions they have now handed me to the credit bureau . 4 months before the contract ends every month we send them a notification that we are not renewing our contract and that the contract will end. I am not happy about their service, they send personal information to other numbers but not to my Number? This is not acceptable
