Bad service from thieving Telkom

I took a 24months contract with Telkom, after my contract ended they continue debiting money from my account, I called them And I was advised to go to the nearest telkom shop of which I did and I was told that the contract cancellation was successful , but still even now they continue to debit money from my account, and because I dispute their transactions they have now handed me to credit bureau . I am not happy about their service, even after I realised that they were not going to stop *****ing my money I asked them to at least do for me a sim swap because I have lost it or upgrade my contract so that I can pay for something I know they refused but continue *****ing from me ....they are *******
