Bad service from Telkom WiFi is not working

I reported that my WiFi is not working at Telkom at the bridge 4 times already. The first two times when I was there they lock a call for me or this is what they said on my third time when I went again they told me I must first bring my router to check if it is working, after I brought it in on the fourth time they said my router is working fine then only did they log a call for me now that was on Wednesday the 30th of August 2022 and up to date my is still not working and I will be still liable for payment but did not receive any service from Telkom.
