Bad service from Telkom shop

I cancelled my mobile data contract with the company in Dec 2020 on the 5th with your telkom shop Jabulani mall. Your consultant failed to put in a notice for me and the account was not cancelled in Jan 2021. Debit order are still being processed from my account even now in April 2021 for what i don't know. I don't like this company and i want to part ways with this company. It has horrible network coverage in other area. Have been paying for a service i am not using, now when i have the chance to cancel my contract i am inconvenienced. Every shop i go to, can't help, even Jabulile the manager at Jabulani has been unable to sort out the query.
