Bad service from Telkom Sandton City

Bad service from Telkom Sandton City. I purchased an new contract from Telkom Sandton City and received the worst service ever. Firstly the phone was not available in the store and had to be collected from the some store in the East rand. After a few back and forth and numerous calls with the Store manager and Assistant with empty promises, the phone was available for collection which I did pick on Monday 23 June 2025.The Store Manager Pat promised that my existing Telkom prepaid number will be converted to a contract in line with the package and that there will be a Huawei watch delivered to me, two days later I followed up as none of that was done. I walked in to their store for the fourth time and was assisted by Clement (who went out of his way to assist) regarding the prepaid number conversion( matter sorted).To date I have received no confirmation whatsoever regarding the watch delivery to make matters worse Jerry was not even available at the store. At this point I would rather cancel this contract which taken up so much of my time continuously having to come in to their store without any resolution.
