Bad service from Telkom sales team

Hi, my name is vhutshilo mulaudzi I received a bad service from Telkom after using them for the past 4yrs now, when it's time for me to upgrade my contract I did it online and consultant call me to confirm my contract details and delivery address, but unfortunately the delivery company refuse to where Telkom send them which is my residential address and when I contact Telkom they said they cannot help me with that, rather go to the store, but they are the one who promised me that they do delivery and we will deliver for you, right now I'm forced to cancel my order and my contract due to the promise they cannot fulfill, I mean other customers they get their own delivery but me they cannot deliver my order
