Bad service from TELKOM or actually no service!

Who will use TELKOM if this is their response (no response on my review)? I get 10Gb night and 10 Gb day data. When you go and look at your usage, Telkom does not give you a brake-up between day and night. This is bad. So you don't know how to pase yourself by using your monthly data. Last month I ran out of my day time data and had to get on the internet in the cold odd hours. I also asked them if the night time data count for weekends and holidays but with no answer.
