BAD SERVICE FROM TELKOM ONLINE

If you want a fibre line or phone, dont even try Telkom, I have never experienced such bad service in my life! Twice we app**** for their special in December, includes a uncapped fibre line plus a phone, twice " someone" cancelled it. Two months later we are still sitting with no service, but their Huawei Optical Network Therminal and D-Link Modem Router is still at our house? REALLY., If only I knew who to contact at Telkom online. i am sick and tired of dealing with idiots. Lydia Gouws from their office in Oak Ave, Centurion contacted me once, her contact number does not even exist???? My emails to her from 26 December still unanswered - pathetic serve as I said!!!Pathetic, pathetic service!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!. I am now giving them 24 hours to collect their ******* or I am burning it!!!!!!
