BAD SERVICE FROM TELKOM! NO ONE DOES THEIR JOB

People in Telkom dont do their job! firstly they debited me Nov then tried to debit my acount again mid december it bounced then they debited me when i got paid on the 20th of December and again n the 30th (which they didnt have to since they already took their money so i reversed that one.) till today it hasnt "reflected" they keep suspending my account . promising to fix this and allocate the payment and they havent. its the 16th of January and they still havent allocated this payment. I have been calling and no one has actaually helped me. i regret opening an account with telkom. they have bad service
