Bad Service from Telkom my Account is registered to someone else

<p>I'm the customer from Telkom i have two contracts with them. Now my account is under Pumla Mashu (Customer ID) i'm not that person but all the biils they send it to me and i can't get anything from Telkom my query is not resolved even now cause i did send a complaint about this problem early in February no feedback yet and I tried several times to apply for the BIG DEAL HUAWEI MIFI Router via Online,Telephonical,even visiting the shop none of the above is working. it really SAD, I'm HURT cause i didn't get this promotion was a February deal is over now due to Telkom mistake not securing my account, eveytime when you call Telkom customer care they used to say "for Security reason please confirm your details" its a pity that our details is not secured.</p>
