bad service from telkom mobile call centre

Worst service ever! 3 weeks and the order is still not here! The problem has happened 4 times! Return return return! How do i know it's not going to happen the 5th time?!!!! How do i know that device is even going to be in good condition from it been thrown from left to right? ??!!! They have no customer service! I have had it with telkom! I've been in contact with soo many people and no one has been able to get it right and do their job correctly! I ordered from telkom because I was recommended to use telkom but i will never do so and i will never recommend telkom to anyone! I have asked to speak to a person in a higher position, a manager but no one will do that. I have spent so much on airtime calling telkom and courier it. I ordered a mobile it is not my place to follow up, it should be done by telkom as customer service! I wasted so much time on this order! Reason the courier department can not give me the phone is due to the package not having my residential address on it, yet from the start I had given them all my details as well as confirming it each time I have called them which is over 25 times! 3 weeks and 1 day ago I placed my order with the call centre and i still do not have my phone! No one cares no one! Pathetic service!
