Bad service from telkom mobile

<p> I bought a phone on the telkom mobile sales number. I received the phone on the 25th November 2016. The following day I called them reporting the phone had a problem with the speaker. The phone was collected on the 29 November 2016. I called for the first of December they didn't know where my phone was. I called again Tuesday my phone was tracked down and taken to repairs. Last week they called saying they not finding any fault on my phone told them to recheck cause I can't accept a faulty phone. Now they sent me a bill on a phone I don't even have. I call them almost everyday but I'm not getting any help. Its been 2 weeks now and I still don't have a phone.</p>
