BAD service from Telkom mobile

<p>I am very appalled with Telkom's service</p> <p>We asked to have a change of ownership done for one of our mobile contracts, this about two months ago</p> <p>we were told that the service was going to take 7 working days to process and take effect</p> <p>A month later I enquired about the change of ownership and I was told that it was not processed, as to why it ws not processed I really dont know, but I found it very disgusting that after a whole month my simple request was still hanging. I would like for Telkom to get to the bottom of this as this has Inconvenienced me a lot.</p> <p>Thank you in advanced for your prompt response.</p>
