BAD SERVICE FROM TELKOM MOBILE

I am writing this on behalf of a friend , She obtained a very good cellphone contract from 8ta or Telkom Mobile ,She recently lost her phone and subsequently reported it to the police and the insurance ,The incident happened on the 10th may and she reported it the following day on the 11th ,Until today the insurance gives a story that Telkom systems are down hence they cannot process her claim but however they don't forget to Debit her at month end ,it has been a ********** experience with their call center and the story is the same everyday like they are running a government department ,I will not advise anyone to get these seemingly attractive deals of theirs ...
