Bad Service from Telkom Mobile

I have a mobile contract with telkom . The service by Telkom is very Terrible the worst ever experience of my life I do not advise anybody to take on a Telkom Mobile account. On 24th R650.05 and 27th of March R 2000 totaling to R2 650.05. On 16th April they suspended my account and told me they never received the payment. On average calling their call centre takes 30 minutes to get through and after speaking to 3 Agents they are clueless about the system saying it showing on on system (Nubebt) and not showing on second system. My phone is off and I am getting no assistance from Telkom nobody cares for customers there after paying so much money its extremely ridiculous and frustrating.
