bad service from telkom mobile

i need to upgrade on my cellphone contract and there is no store near me so i phone the upgrade line to do. i phone today back i was send from 081180 to 10213 and nobody wants to help. eventually when i was getting ugly with them they said they will phone me back, i am still waiting for their respons. they are good with new contract and to get new customers but the maintenance is not at good at all, its like they dont care about existings customers.
