BAD SERVICE FROM TELKOM MOBILE

<p>my name is Pheladi Masilela from Centurion, my details were used **********ly (with the **** ID not depicting my picture on it) to open an account at telkom store in Limpopo on the 26 April 2016. i found this out when i recieved a debit order notification from my bank.</p> <p>i then went to the bank and i was told it was from telkom. i went to telkom store in Forest Hill mall where i was told is for a cellphone contract which i didnt know about . told them i dont have any account with them. was told to make an avidafit as well as my ID copy n bring them to the store and they will liason with their ***** department (which i did) and also supp**** my contact details which they didn't HAVE so they can contact me as promised within a week.</p> <p> </p> <p>intead of Telkom resolving this issue, they keep on sending me sms demanding payment and threatening me with BLACKLIST. they also now using the number i gave them when i came to report the *****.</p> <p>its been a month and half and everytime i go into the store they tell me the matter has been put foward but nothing is happening...............</p>
