Bad service from telkom mobile

Hi I am a cusyomer of telkom moblie for over 22 yesrs. The ssles and account people dont now their jobs as they pudh u ftom this person to that and rvenyually cut u off.This is going on for over a month. Telkom has the worst customer service in yhe entire world my problrms are not getting sorted out. Can u please advice
