Bad Service From Telkom Insurance

I have submitted a claim regarding my phone last month due to theft and dealt with a lady by the name of Funeka where she had called me telling me that they were going to deliver my new phone within 48hours it's been more than that. It's just bad service cell phone insurance isn't supposed to take that long.
