Bad service from Telkom Insurance

I am very disappointed with the service I received from Telkom Insurance Department and will definitely be cutting ties with them when my contracts come to an end. I was hijacked on Friday 09 September 2022 and I called the contact center to have the phone and sim blacklisted it was done. I went to Telkom shop at Lenasia and they gave me forms that I should fill, I then forward all the requirements to the claim department provided under the form, since then I never receive any response nobody is saying anything till today. I am so disappointed with the poor service delivery that I am receiving.
