Bad Service from Telkom in Adderley str

These people offered us a cellphone contract in November and we were suppose to get airpods and a smart watch within 2 weeks that were part of the contract. When we called to enquire they told us that the airpods and the smart watch were not part of the deal and we had to wait as they are giving them to us. We went to the store in January and they told us the person that was assisting us is on leave and he is the one that was assisting us and we need to wait for him to return.

I'm so disappointed in their services. I wanted to terminate the contract because they never kept their part of the deal but they said we can not cancel as we can only cancel on the 1st week.
