Bad service from telkom flagship wonderpark

I got bad service from ati amkhubela from Telkom flagship Wonderpark. I waited on a long que to get sim swap, they refused to assist me because I had proof of residence on soft copy and actual ID.

I had to go telkom direct store for sim swap and they assisted me without any problem
