Bad service from telkom

The treatment I'm receiving from telkom loch Logan bloemfontein is atily bad, took my phone for repairs 2 months ago, haven't received any feedback from them even today, everytime when I'm there they are always giving me excuses that they haven't received any feedback, while the phone is only 4 months Old and it's a contract phone.
