BAD SERVICE FROM TELKOM

Telkom services are the worst services ever. They don't back to you with any feedback and they don't treat their customers well. So basically my situation has been going on from March 2024, from last year Oct/Nov i had stopped using my Telkom modem up till this very day. I tried contacting Telkom with the internet issues that i was having, but there was no answer from Telkom's side, hence my reason for not using the modem any more. I then found a new service provider which was much better with almost the same amount of installment around November. I tried contacting Telkom to cancel the contract, and there was no answer. No one from Telkom called me to inform me that my 24 month contact was over in February 2023 and what i would like to do, and they just left it as it was, and continued with me paying them. I received a final invoice, and they have an amount of 2000 some odd Rands for me to pay after they finally decided to cancel my contract in April 2024
