BAD service from telkom

Am so annoyed by Telkom, I rely a lot on their data and I can't even work because I can't access internet as I work from, I have been to their branches the router work but when I come back home it does not work, only thing they know is to debit my account every month and forget about me, I have lost a lot because of this, I was forced to buy data so that I can work this is unacceptable.
