Bad service from Telkom

Hello Peter Ref no ***A I asked for my 10 gig(house phone with WiFi) to be canceled but they have canceled my cell phone contract With telkom, hence my cellphone line is now deactivated. I'm trying to get this sorted out for the past month now with no return calls and help from them Please assist and as I have no fone they must contact me now on *** Kind regards
