BAD SERVICE FROM TELKOM

Today I visited your store at the phoenix plaza I experienced the most disrespectful and unprofessional service from one of the staff members. I was with my 2 grandkids age 6 and 8, I had purchased a tablet for my grandson which I was advised needed the technicians assistance I was told she is out and will be back at 16.15 as she ( the technician was on lunch) I went on to wait till until 16.50 ( just over and hour) I had to travel a distance back home and been told to wait half a hour was feasible at the time, the technician arrived at 17:25 at this point not only were my grandkids restless but so was i at this point the technician noticed 2 acquaintances and choose to assist them first bearing in mind I was next in line to see her. I kept quiet awaiting for her to finish at this point my 6 year old grandson was running behind the desk she then commented in a rude loud voice 'what is this child doing here" this upset me and I responded to "He is restless as we are waiting here for awhile for you her response was "if you cannot wait you can go away" this was in view of customers in store and the staff tried telling her I have been waiting and I am first in line to see her she refused to see reasoning she then screamed at me saying "for telling me I'm seeing to others before you I will not help you, and if you do not leave I will get security to throw you out" at this point I was so disgusted with her behavior and told her she should talk to me with such disrespect as I am a professional who is a nursing sister and work for department of health and will not tolerate such disrespect she shouted back I will call your place of employment and tell them about you as I have all your details on the system) is this why my details were captured on your system to threaten customers??? I would like to know what reasoning skills does she have coming to assist customers smelling of tobacco should be brought to her employers attentions along with the abuse I have encountered. What kind of behavior is this??? Is this what you as a franchise store teach your staff??? where is customer etiquette ??? Customer service is pathetic!!! Totally disgusted and appalled by her unprofessional behavior definitely not one to help your business grow. Telkom review your recruitment process!!!
