Bad service from Telkom

Hi,

The service at Telkom shops is terrible, the queue system of the ticket is not working, while waiting for your ticket to be called for over 30 minutes, they will start asking for people buying airtime n helping them or small services like sim swap while all of you with tickets are waiting,After waiting 20 minutes i saw a lady at a clear counter while the queue is very long, i went to ask her about this product i want to buy, she answered my questions then i asked if it was available she asked her colleague who said yes. Then waited another 30 minutes only to be told sorry we dont have that on stock now, i asked when can i get it, they said they dont know. Imagine....such a terrible service from Southgate... Maponya mall branch is the worst. And while i was there, there was a lady who was complaining because they didn't have sim cards made her go to another shop to buy it, then wanted her to start the queue all over, she lost it.
