Bad service from TELKOM

I had a TELKOM fiber line installed which has a 2 GIG data mobile. 1)I had to go and get the sim my self from a telkom store!!which i did at Eastgate. i have tryed using it all it says that there is no data on the sim. I spent over an hour trying to sort it out over the phone I spoke to Kovilan in sales he was unwilling to help!!! and could not transfer my call to another department. I spoke to the accounts department the manager SICELO also could not help. What kind of service dose TELKOM offer???? I still cannot get the data loaded onto the sim card
