Bad service from Telkom customer services

Telkom does not want to provide me with a letter that states I have paid for my account since they said I cannot get a statement because they are only sent to customers once a month. I then requested that they should draft a letter stating that I don’t owe any money but no help is being given and now they are ignoring my calls.
