bad service from telkom

I have received the worst service from Telkom mobile. My account was suspended due to non payment on the end of May , no email or sms was sent to inform me that my account is being sent to collections or be asked if I can make a payment before my account is sent to collections. end of June I was expecting a double debit which did not happen an odd amount was debited which was less then the amount I was expecting to be debited. only to find out that my account was sent to collections and they debited that amount my question was why debit that amount, why not debit the full amount outstanding. I fast forward I ask for their banking details as well as the amount outstanding to make an eft payment which I did on the 9th of July today is the 12th of July account is still suspended when I call they say maybe it will be reopened by the end of business.
