Bad service from Telkom

Telkom is failing us and now they have caused me to have large unpaid fees with my bank and i want them to fix this mess. How can they go into my account when there was no money and then to top it all charge their own fees and i must also pay for the normal installment and now the phones are blocked. What utter ******* is this, i would not recommend anyone to take on a telkom contract their nonsense. I want my issue resolved asap, i have so long on the phone and i am tired and want this thing resolved and they must pay me back the fees i had to pay to my bank because they decided to debit my account mid month when i didn't have money.
