Bad Service from Telkom

I am on a 2 year contact with you guys for 489 a month which ends in July of 2021. Yesterday someone from Cape Town contacted me to offer me an additional option to what I have and i refused. To my greatest surprise my debit order ran for 729 this morning which means you ****** still activated it after i had said Noooooooo. I contacted your customer care and spoke to a very rude lady by the name of Ayanda Zwane who told me that the only thing I am doing is making her job difficult. She proceeded to drop the call while i was talking.
