Bad Service From Telkom.

There is a case I would like to follow up with Telkom, I am not sure whether Telkom is taking me for a ride here.

My sister was using my number on her Telkom contract which in return when we engaged Telkom to change the number to Prepaid because I wanted my number back they were giving me the run around until I found out today the number was cancelled and even when I call the number it says it doesn't exist anymore. The number in question is ***, all I need is my number back to prepaid and I have been using this number for 15 years I won't be able to change it now.
