Bad Service from Telkom and Vumatel re: Fiber Application

Extremely fustrated in dealing with Telkom and Vumatel intrying to get my Internet converted to Fiber. Completed the application about 2 months ago, get a router delivered and I keep getting transferred between Telkom & Vumatel. Fustrated to the point I'm now considering cancelling my Telkom order and sourcing and service provider.
