Bad Service From Telkom and Vodacom - I need a PaidUp Letter

I had a #Vodacom and #Telkom contract that was cancelled without any arrears ammount but both of these networks shows negative on my credit report. I did notify both Vodacom and Telkom that they need to provide me with a paid up letter so i can get my credit profile updated. Both networks told me that it will take about two business days to complete but still I did not receive anything. I did previously requested from them to provide me with a paid up letter but looks to me that they dont know how the proccess works beacuase every time i call them they start everything from scratch.
