Bad service from Telkom and unresolved issues

Logged a case with Telkom 3 weeks ago over poor network. To this day they still haven't resolved it. So I've got data I can't use because of their terrible network and they'll still bill me at the end of the month. I will never renew any of my contracts with Telkom.
