bad service from telkom agents
<p>i was called and told that my line was due for an upgrade i go into a telkom shop and the upgrade gets declined i try chatting to a consultant online they tell me they cannot help i called the sales line after explaining my problem they put me on hold for over 20 mins not even coming on the line to inform me that they are working on my query i cut the call and no one even called me back</p>
i was right 12 days since the last message, please inform or show me where the custmore service is?

1 month has gone by and still nothing how and where is the customer service, i should just cancel all my contracts with you guys and go to another service provider
