Bad service from Telkom again

Phoned in today and found out that the three faults I reported have been closed! Closed but the problem has not been resolved. Really? Without checking if everything works?

I am referring to faults that were reported more that 6 months ag Ref# 1. ********** 1 reported on 26 January 2017 2. ********** 9 reported on 15 February 2017 3. ********** 1 reported on 20 February 2017

Telkom claims that I am not reachable but I gave them my office number as an alternative because it is for this fault that I am not available. Tjeeeer.... **********
