Bad Service from Telkom Accounts department

Last year June I wrote an review of Telkom so with your assistance the managed to solve the problem, after cancelling the contract and they paid my money. They still continue deducting money from my account. I'm fed up with Telkom and they also never phone you back even if they promise it will take 2 days im waiting up to date.
