Bad service from Telkom accounts

I am very disappointed in them last month they have suspended my phones and when I phoned them to ask why they said that yes the problem was on there side and they will fix it that they did not do. My payment goes through on debit order but yes I payed the amount outstanding for February for things to go quicker but it didn't. The begining of the month they unsuspected the account but yes I payed more. Now today I got a SMS stating that I owe them te amount they owe me.... yes I tried to phone numerous times but they just don't answer and now they blame loadshedding. That is beyond my mind.....
